We spent four days crossing the high ground with the first production run of the Glen 3L Rain Shell. It rained on three of them.
What we wore
- A Glen 3L Rain Shell over a Heavy Loopback Hoodie
- A merino base layer, changed once
- A Ribbed Wool Beanie, which never came off
What we would change
The hood adjuster was hard to reach with gloves on, so the production version moves it two centimetres back. Small things like this are why every shell spends a winter outside before we make it.
