    1. 1 Chest. Around the fullest part, under the arms, with the tape level.
    2. 2 Waist. Around your natural waistline, where you bend.
    3. 3 Back length. From the bone at the base of the neck straight down to where you want the hem.

    Measurements are of the body, not the garment. Shells have room for a fleece; for a slimmer fit on a sweat or tee, size down.
