Wore it for six days on the plateau and never once felt damp. The hood actually turns with your head, which sounds small until you've tried to look sideways in any other shell.
Most three-layer shells rustle like a crisp packet. This one doesn't. Pockets sit above my pack hipbelt, so I can get at my phone without unclipping anything.
Fully waterproof and breathes well on climbs. Sleeves run a touch long on me, so the cuff tabs get a lot of use. Would buy again.
Lighter and quieter than the shell it replaced, and the repair promise is the reason I chose it. Taped seams look properly done.
Keeps the rain out, no question. In strong wind the brim folds back over the eyes though, and I'd like a touch more room for a thick fleece.
